[1.73b] Energy absorption does nothing on first talent level

It seems it doesn't scale with spellpower/paradox, so yes, for 1 talent point you get a "do nothing" spell.

I think this may be a bug with the advanced description display. The formula for the number of talents affected adds a flat 1 to the scaling value, so it should never be less than 1, even if the scaling value is 0.

It also shows 0 in non-advanced talent description display, and also when it's on hotbar.
