[1.7B2] Temporal Form anomalies are instant to use
Anomaly talents granted by Temporal Form prodigy are instant to use, despite tooltip saying it uses Spell speed. This combined with them having 0 cooldown means you can stack an infinite amount of Temporal Storm on everything and they die, or move with Gravity pull without using any turns
