WASD-style movement on arrow keys - sort of (1.7b)

Arrow key movement is acting on key release, like WASD movement, but it doesn't support diagonal movement through holding multiple keys.

Seems to me like it would be better to either:
a) support diagonal moves on arrow keys (my preference, I'm on a laptop without a numpad), or
b) keep arrow key movement working as it used to (not a huge problem if it doesn't but it feels weird right now).
