[1.6.6]Heartrended effect sets all damage modifiers to zero.

After 3 years of bugfixing the bug still exists!

As Snowflake already explained here http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=4 ... =Heartrend, when using the artifact steamsaw "Heartrend", and getting the debuff "Heartrended" the damage modifiers are all removed.

Worse than that, after a while you might find out that you are now the lucky owner of some negative damage modifiers!
If a player transmogrifies this cursed steamsaw before noticing this bug, it can potentially ruin his game.

This is a major problem and needs to be fixed ASAP!
