[1.6.6] "Attune Mindstar" re-assigned to hotbar

Not a serious bug, i guess, but more of an annoyance.

If you unbind Attune Mindstar (it's not like you need it all the time), it gets re-assigned back onto the hotbar every time you activate or deactivate Mindstar Mastery, both manually and during the automatic sustain reapplication after a level up screen.
Rather annoying if you want to keep your hotkeys ordered and clean.

Curiously, after my oozemancer died and i had to start a new one, it doesn't happen anymore. Maybe it was an interaction with some equipment i wore (Eye of Summer mindstar?) at the time.
