Weapon masteries in 1.6 were changed to give a flat 30 phys power and higher +dam% scaling with level compared to 1.5.
Mutated Hand (weapon mastery for tentacle) and Dream Crusher (weapon mastery for Dreamsmith's hammer) give flat 30 phys power but retain the old lower +dam% scaling with level from 1.5.
This may be intentional rather than a "bug" or oversight, but I am curious to know why these are different, if that was in fact what was intended.
Mutated Hand/Dream Crusher retain old weapon mastery scaling
