[1.6.4] Disruption Shield / Vitality interaction

Heyhey,

Vitality is activating although i have Disruption Shield up (the Shield part).
With a little testing i have found out, that if i get a hit with at least the power of 50% of my life, Vitality will activate even though the damage is absorbed by Disruption Shield.
Example: 400 life, 800 shield from Disruption Shield
Get hit for 220 => 580 shield from Disruption Shield left and Vitality has activated.

in short: Vitality checks if your (current life) - damage < 0.5 * maxlife and works before disruption shield (and before other callbacks of talents_on_hit)
