[1.6.4] [Cults] Horrific Display bug

Horrific Display pull enemies even without Call of Amakthel (5 lvl) passive.

Just checked - not fixed. And it pulls enemies just for 1 turn. Not every turn. Still works even without passive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIvUxoCmzk8
