1.6.0 Angolwen - storming the city bug

Playing Shaloren, temporal warden.

I activated storming the city quest, killed the elementals. After that I finished apprentice's task for access to Angolwen

Then I entered a bunch of locations, after I left old forest, Derth has no storm cloud, I can enter the Derth and access all the stores despite storming the city isn't finished.

And apprentice mage spawned again, this time there's no option to give him an artifact. I no longer see the portal to Angolwen

So I guess I cant finish the game now that I cant enter Angolwen?

You can, this is not vital to the plot.
As for the disappearances, are you using addons ? Were you in a special level (drake cave, rat lich, ....) and recalled out to the surface ? Or well, anything you can tell me about what you did right before it happened

I dont use special level. I'm using improved_combat_text v2, turn separators v2, select your escorts, zomnibus

What I did was simply:
- at lvl 14, killed the storm elementals in Derth
- completed apprentice's task to open portal to angolwen
- I chose not to fight Urkis right away, but did old forest (maybe Rhaloren Camp right before?)
- After getting out of old forest, Derth has no lightning storm, apprentice mage appeared again with no dialogue option to give him artifact, storming the city is still unfinished.

Is there anyway to edit the save file to reset this quest?
