[1.6] Frozen effect removing aggro

Perhaps a very obvious one, but I decided to make a report about it anyway since I haven't noticed a similar report and i'm assuming it's not intentional. Last night I realized that after applying biting gale to an enemy you can just escape and the enemy remains in place until you decide to aggro it again. I would guess it's the same for ice block applied from other sources as well.

I cant reproduce that, any more info you can give ? using any addons also ?

Not running any unofficial add-ons. Just the three expansions, vault and possessor bonus class.

I was using biting gale on all enemies in vision range of each other and then using a movement infusion or haste of the doomed to flee their sight before they escaped the ice blocks.
