Resolved - MTX purchase keeps on failing

Hi there,

Thanks for the cool game, I never thought it would keep me entertained for so long. So I decided to support the game further (got all dlc) by purchasing the three shimmer packs introduced by the recent 1.6 update.

I made a donation via te4.org and received 60 coins.

In game I purchased two of the shimmer packs for a total cost of 40 coins. All good.

Now I'm attempting to purchase the 3rd (Pyro) shimmer pack but the transaction keeps on failing.

I add the Pyro pack to my cart which shows a cost of 20 coins, my wallet shows a balance of 20 coins, when I select the purchase options it states "You have enough coins to instantly purchase those options, confirm?"

When I select purchase it attempts to connect to server then the following error is received: "Payment refused, you have not been billed."

Now I've been trying again at random times during the last 24 hours but no success.

Can you please advise on how to resolve?

This has been resolved by making the Shimmer packs available for purchase on the website.
