I bought the other two as well, not sure if they all are or not. The pyromaniac pack was purchased during beta2, if that makes a difference.

Ha yes it does make a difference 
Just remove the file from the folder game/addons/ restart the game and reinstall it (in the MTX menu choose use and click on it).
There is no auto-update support for the beta versions :/
