[1.6] willfull tormenter icon continue to appear in sill bar

-learn willfull tormentor as a corruptor
-the skill auto appear in the skill bar as it did while it was a sustain, it probably shouldn't appear anymore since it's a passive.

Yeah there's a problem whereby things linger in the hotbar. Strength of Purpose became passive in 1.5 and it's still there if you played TW in previous versions.

You can edit (or delete) the file save/quick_hotkeys (in the same directory as "world.teaw" to remove old (or all) talent icon placement, which will fix this (and if you delete will reset all hotkey preferences).
