Healing infusion not allowed in possessor body?

(Hopefully he won't be dead by the time this gets noticed)

I noticed that when I'm in another body, the healing infusion is grayed out, I can't use it. Even though the healing rune would give me psi, since I have solipsism. The weird thing is, regeneration works just fine, you can use it in a body to get psi back. Is this intended behavior?
