In the character sheet, reduction in crit multiplier is shown under "Crit Shrug Off" whose description does not match the description of talents such as Indiscernible Anatomy. Crit Shrug Off is described as a chance to ignore bonus damage on a crit, while Indiscernible Anatomy's tooltip says it reduces the crit multiplier by a fixed value on all crits.
I just recently died to a crit Sand Breath from Gorbat which clearly did full critical damage despite having 4 levels in Indiscernible Anatomy, which seems to indicate that the talent may actually be functioning as a chance roll.
I played around with Indiscernable Anatomy and Gorbat in dev mode for a bit, and as best I can tell all crits were either full damage, or fully reduced to their base damage.

Nothing new here, a lot of talents with this wording are busted (copy pasting the code of the original offender?)
But it's good to remind both players and dev once in a while!

I write guides and make addons too now, apparently
You can go here for a compilation of everything I wrote, plus some other important stuff!
Includes general guides (inscriptions, zone, prodigies), and class guides (Demo, Anorithil, Bulwark, Zerker, Sblade)

Hey I just had the privilege of learning this the hard way too.
Oozemancer kinda sucks in Madness I guess, thanks in part to this. Who cares that you can survive partial hits when you very easily die in one big hit?
