Helm of the Dwarven Emporers not showing on paperdoll?

Does Helm of the Dwarven Emperors have an visual effect on the paperdoll? My character is a Skeleton Sawbutcher and this particular headgear doesn't show.

I see, I had the "Show Cloak Hoods" option on, which meant the headgear didn't show.
