[1.5.2] Orb for Dontator Vault does not appear in ID
I've been playign rather a lot of Infinite dungeon runs lately, with (mixed success) about 40 characters since the last patch with my best getting 36 levels down and counting none of my characters have encountered the donator orb. Is this intended?

Whilst I'm on the subject it seems that if you rescue a tinker escort in the ID and ask about where they learned their craft, you don't seem to find a way to visit the trainer (unless it spawns a lot deeper down, I only managed to get a few levels lower before losing that character)
