Melinda "Lucky Girl" autosave questline bug

My game crashed during the beach scene, and upon reloading, the script for the quest would not run. I was forced to Rod of Recall out and proceeded back to Melinda's house in hopes of restarting the quest, but as you know, I had no luck. It was giving me dialogue for the next part of the questline, but my journal was not reflecting this dialogue change.

Searching the forums revealed that this is a known issue, but has not been fixed as of yet. The messages also contained links to a "dead" support website (http://tome.gatheringspot.org/hesk/) and a secondary support webpage (http://te4support.org/ticket/). I say "dead" because the former has been throwing a "maintenance" page since I attempted accessing it a few days ago.

Would it be possible to either change the quest trigger so I can complete the Event again, or complete the event and progress the quest to the next part of the storyline? I've already done the questline before on another character, so I know what happens.

I should also note I've attempted to create a ticket at http://te4support.org/ticket/ but I'm greeted with a Forbidden 403 error when attempting to create a ticket on the website, and attempting to create a ticket by e-mailing admin@te4support.org returned an automatic error e-mail with the error text:

So now I post this here because, even though the website does say the ticket has been created, I don't fully trust it given the error code thrown by the e-mail server. So, if the ticket did truly post on the http://te4support.org/ticket/ website, apologies for posting about this issue twice in two different locations.

Any help provided is welcome, and thank you in advance! I'm loving the game so far.
