Game locks up when wielding mindstar

If I put the purifying mind mindstar into the off-hand then the game completely locks up.
I have a save game if you like.

I tried flushing to stdout, but there's no extra info. Just complete lockup of the game. Log attached anyway.

It sort of looks like its gone into a loop.
Are you using any addons?

Yes - but I don't think they would affect the mindstars. I could disable them and try again perhaps?
