Unstoppable, Frenzy and Bloodbath lead to unexpected death

I am a Berserker wielding Warmaster Gnarg's Murderblade, and Unstoppable and Killing Frenzy wore off at the same time. (I don't remember if it prints a message in the log or not, but I had Bloodbath as well, which might have worn off at the same time.) After Unstoppable stopped protecting me and BEFORE I got the heal from Unstoppable, Killing Frenzy ended and I died. But why? I also had on the Ring of the Dead that prevents from dying unless I hit -100 health, so I would have had to lose at least 100 health in this time interval. One suggestion is that Bloodbath could have worn off, taking 100 health from me. But I thought Unstoppable was intended to make you invincible until it heals you at the end. So is it intentional or a bug that I died? And is the log correct or in some way lying to me about what happened?

Sorry to be a nag, but does anyone have any idea what happened at all? Is it a bug or a feature? I long since won with this character, but I can't be the only person this has ever happened to.

I guess I'll give this another bug. I'd like this to at least be understood, since it can result in your character dying when you wouldn't expect them to.

you cannot drop below 1 hp, but you wont be healed either.
Except at the end, fixed value multiplied by the number of kills during the effect.

Blood frenzy

"bloodbath" increases your max HP. i assume it is lost after the effect, including the reduction of "current" HP value

"frenzy" is a cursed talent, so i am going to have to assume something else.

"blood frenzy" drains stamina every turn. not much, but its something. and with adrenaline, it is turned to hp damage

Berserker's rage, drains 2% hp every turn.

...

You get hit at two different points. One, is the passive drain form on of your talent. then there is the loss of the "bonus HP".
you are also, supposed to be, healed by two different things. unstoppable, and the ring.

soo unstoppable expires...
so it doesn't offer protection...
frenzy hits you...
Ring try to revive you...
somehow unstoppable still prevents healing...
so you are not put above 0...
so you are declared dead....
THEN unstoppable is fully resolved and heals you...
but it does not have the right to actually revive you...

its BS, but its the only way i can see this happen.
I know that triggered effect, is resolved before the triggering one does. No idea how frenzy managed to squeeze in.

Just to be clear, Frenzy aka Killing Frenzy is what Warmaster Gnarg's Murderblade grants stacks of. It gives 'Frenzy: Global Action speed +30%, Physical Crit: +12%, user will fight until -25% life, lasts for 3 turns'. It also prints a special message when you die because of it wearing off: 'foo dies when its frenzy ends!'

There used to be a bug where Frenzy wearing off would kill you even if you had other sources of 'die at negative HP', but I think it's unrelated, since it should be fixed by now: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=42116 But just to note that Killing Frenzy does have a special way of killing you that might disobey normal rules.

Also, I did get the option for Ring of the Dead to resurrect me after I died. It's like a wearable Blood of Life, rather than healing you it just gives you an extra life after you die.

"dies when its frenzy ends!" is, iirc, a special death rule that you die ... something like if you don't hit anything during it. I don't recall. But from the logs, that is the case of your death.
