weapon damage displays as a percentage

The games weapon damage suddenly began displaying as a percentage, not a damage amount. the percentage really doesn't mean anything to me so I want it back to an amount. This happened after my computer thought it would mess with some of my game settings because the screen resolution was two pixels off from the optimal resolution for my screen. I changed the resolution back, but it still displays weapon damage as a percentage. Not sure how to fix it.

Not a bug; you enabled advanced weapon tooltips. Turn that off and it will change back.
