Didnt get "Bad Driver" Achievement
I killed all the 9 escorts but I didnt get the Bad Driver achi. Is this a bug or do they have to die from natural causes? There wasnt a problem with Backstabbing Traitor one, i got that naturally while going for Bad Driver.

Those two are mutually exclusive; they have to die, but not have you kill them.
