supposedly tinkers are supposed to be unvaultable
apparently thats wrong as of today; i was able to vault a voratun fatal attractor by itself; not the schematic but the crafted item

well personally I think that tinkers should be unvaultable
otherwise, couldn't a player equip tinkers without the generic points required to craft them?
furthermore I also think that the crafting talents should be checking for raw talent level instead of effective talent level for crafting prerequisites; I found a +.40 to physics amulet that I'll end up exploiting for extra generics on other character(s)
