[1.4.6 Emb] Tempest of Metal evade not reporting or working

Not once does the log say that dmg is evaded by Tempest of Metal - it is either not working, or it is but is not being reported.

I was at 20%, so it should have been rather obvious.

Or, I don't understand how it works, lol
