Lost Knowledge in High Peak

If I find the item for the Lost Knowledge quest in High Peak, I can't bring it to the Jeweler, so it would perhaps be logical if that item

- was not generated in High Peak
- or didn't do anything, such as starting a quest, in High Peak

wont be much use, but you can.

unless you are a yeek, then its a suicide.
