Send me elsewhere bug

I was doing the Storming the City quest and I had reached the mountain. I was fighting the boss but died, and so I asked to be teleported elsewhere. I ended up just west of the farms above Last Hope, and I couldn't move. Time was passing quickly, and I could see a blur of movement as people from the map passed me, but I couldn't move. After quitting and restarting the game, it went into safe mode. Just thought I'd let you guys know about this.
