[1.4.6] Probability travel

Is it supposed to be playable? I tried it out for the first time and well:

1)Doors trigger it, so the character refuses to open doors (I started hitting dig to deal with doors for a bit). Doors with things behind them become just walls if you can't transport past them.
2)Switches apparently also won't activate with it on, instead warping you past the switch like a wall.

Thought it'd be a funny use of a last generic and an unnecessary amount of mana, but it's difficult to actually leave on so its up when one might use it. Am I missing something?

i just turn it on when i need it. there is no point to keeping it otherwise. you have phase door for short range, teleport for long range, probability travel... the cooldown thing is just weird.

At least #1 sounds like a bug.
