[1.4.3] Bugged out in Eruan; stuck in the northern ocean

I was in Eruan and left through the main gate. Somehow, instead of showing up in the Far East, I showed up in the northernmost part of Maj'eyal. I couldn't move but time continued to past and I was attacked by a Ziguranth patrol, then showed up in a black zone with nothing in it. Time passed, but turns wouldn't, so I couldn't recall. I used Temporal Reprieve and ended up in a glitchy Temporal Reprieve area with ice in it, and then when I left that I was in a normal Ziguranth ambush except with random ice tiles. When I left that I was back in Maj'eyal with time passing and inability to move, and I think I'm in the ocean now.

I tried turning it off and on but it didn't help any. Can this be fixed somehow?
