[1.4.6] Pain Enhancement System not recognising achievement

Playing on Insane roguelike, with both Size matters and Size is everything achievements displaying in the menu as being achieved on current char, but unable to take Pain Enhancement System prodigy as the achievement requirement is not met.

Edit: Either reloading the game or levelling to 31 seems to have fixed it, it's available now.
