Nektosh nightmare/inner demons bugs

Some simple bugs involving Nektosh and the nightmare tree:

a) Nektosh's beam attack warmup triggers even though he is asleep via nightmare. Probably triggers through other modes of sleep as well. I'm guessing this is an unintentional corner-case.

b) Inner demons spawned from Nektosh also trigger the beam attack/warmup whenever Nektosh himself uses it, all aimed at your square. If any of these beams hit an inner demon it counts as if Nektosh hit one of his own whitehoof minions.

Again, all very easy to reproduce.
