[1.4.5] Writ Large and Salves failing to interact properly

Experimenting with injectors on an Ogre, I noticed a behaviour that may or may not be considered a bug, but it seems worthy of bringing to attention. When using a salve, both the injector used as well as the salves themselves go on the same cooldown; verifiable by using something like a Frost Salve that doesn't take a turn to put both injectors on CD at the same time. When using Writ Large, the cooldown on the injectors ticks down at the expected 2 per turn, but the cooldown on the salves does not. In effect, this makes Writ Large do absolutely nothing for injectors, since even if my injectors are up, the salves aren't so I can't use them. Since Writ Large does affect the injectors, my intuition is that it's meant to work but is failing to, but I can't claim to know. Is this intended or a bug?

You could just get some more salves?

All of my salves go on cooldown with the injectors, whether they're the ones I used or not. I guess I could try crafting another one after the injectors finish cooling down, though that seems dreadfully resource-intensive and it isn't clear to me that that'd even work. I'm curious now, though, so I'll give it a try.

EDIT: Just tried it. The newly created salve is also on cooldown and can't be used either, even with the free injector.

Definitely still around in 1.4.6. The injectors cool down at 2 per tick, the actual salves at 1 per tick, leaving them still on cooldown when the injectors are available.
