Can't bind Rod of Recall to different key

Hi there,

I noticed this several times in versions from 1.3.3 through to 1.4.5 (the later on Steam): When I bind stuff to the 1 - 0 keys and in the process put an ability where the RoR used to be, I can't bind the RoR to another key anymore. Reason being, it's not on the list of bindable stuff.
I never remember to look, but I actually think, the RoR doesn't show up on the list of bindable things at all, does it?

If it makes a difference, all my playing happens on Linux versions.

You can drag it from your inventory onto the hotbar.
