[ember] empty vaults in Caves of Morning

I've seen some 5 vaults in Caves of Morning that are normally filled with monsters, but appear empty in these Caves.

The one with a single monster in the middle, surrounded by two traps and four doors, the ones with broken walls and lots of money lying around - it looks to me like the Caves of Morning restrict the type of monster that can be generated (no undead, for example) but don't restrict the type of vault that can be generated, meaning all vaults that normally contain undead now appear empty.
