I'm not sure if these are bugs, but they do seem weird, so I'd prefer to log them.
1. You can get duplicate uniques items in Kaltor's shop- at least the brilliant auto-loading Orc Expeller. After I cleaned that area I've found four of the same guns.
2. I've used on of the guns from point 1 and attached a thunderclap coating. However, when I removed the tinker, the gun still has part of the bonus from the tinker: "burst (radius 1) on hit: +0 20% chance of physical repulsion". So it has 0 damage, but can still knockback. Seems weird.
3. It is possible to drill through the walls in Kaltor's shop to get to the training areas, avoiding any combat. However this might be intended.

The +0 20% is saying that the effect is no longer present (it's +0 power). Effect of tinkers added onto items and them removed seem to leave a placeholder on the item; the +Cun item for the head will leave a +0 Cun listing if you remove it.

This is with all items that gain a bonus effect at some points. Set items do the same when the set is broken. Or items that get racial bonus.
