[Embers 1.0.1] Children of Garkul stalled

I found the Internment Camp while just exploring around and ended up freeing the Vor prematurely, before the Quest had been actually added to the Journal. I left at that point, figuring I was doing things out of order, and returned after the actual Quest was assigned. I was able to free the other 3 prides without a problem but the Vor portion of the quest is still marked as undone. Unless there's a work-around or way to force the game to recheck the Vor's status, things are stalled at this point.

Most quests, including this one, don't actually have any effect on the game other than giving you some direction.
