Classic UI Buff Removal

Soooooo, since Embers is incompatible to StarKeep's fix to enable manual buff removal on Classic UI, I guess I'm gonna report it again. Especially with Gunslingers, that really want to remove their bullet buffs quite often, it would be pretty nice to no longer be gimped by using the Classic UI.
Darkgod please fix
