[Embers] Double Shots Inconvinience

For some reason Double Shots' second shot doesn't work when you press the hotkey for the skill again. Instead, you have to trigger the second shot with enter or left click, which is a little annoying when you're used to always double or triple-tapping your hotkeys to cast skills
