Iron pickaxe not metallic?

Again not sure it's a bug, but I can't extract gems from an iron pickaxe. The menu bar says to choose a "metallic item" but I guess it means weapon or armor? Same is true for an iron torque.

yeah, something like that.
every now and then you look at something and say "well, it doesn't say i can't", then you check, and well... you can't.
like trying to extract gem from voratum gauntlets. unfortunately, that specific pair needed to be charged to produce t5 gems.
