Any sentient staff - Penitence / Staff of Destruction/ Voice of Telos / Telos Spire of Power

Use Command Staff.
Select b) I'd like you to bring forth a different aspect.

Kor's Fall

Was nerfed to not have any aspect choices, but retains command staff.
Was previously frequently considered a bad staff so limiting it's aspect choice is probably not warranted. (outside of other general buffs)

Telos Spire of Power

Also has a totally superfluous aspect choice.
Unrelated, but should probably be re-evaluated as a prodigy. Not currently good enough to justify it.
