[1.4.3] Doomed feed graphic effect leftover

Hi there,

I was playing Doomed and started feeding. Then I was teleported to Fearscape. I dispelled it with Spellhunt Remains and we were back in the "real" world. The fearscaper died to the shadows. However the feed graphic effect was still displayed in our old positions just before going into fearscape, even as I moved away.

Also happens when returning from dreamscape, and in greater number.
