Indefinite loading time for the 3d lvl of Santascape

Subj. Got my character into Santascape. As soon as I try to use the portal from 2nd to 3d zone level, a "Generating level" window with a bar appears and stays for an indefinite ammount of time (I really tried to leave it for the whole night - no success). Try to kill the te4 process and open the save file again - the problem persists. The issue is that the Rod of Recall does not function in this event, so basically my character is locked in there.
So the question is how to fix that level generating bug\error. Or is there a possible way to get out from that event?

Would you mind triggering the loading again and then going into your Tales of Maj'Eyal install directory and posting the te4_log.txt? That would help find the error.

This was caused by a change in 1.4.2. Future pushes of the zone shouldn't have this happen.

Ask for help in game and someone can likely teleport you out, or you can send me your save to pull you out. (the first is easier)
