[1.4.2] Disintegration talent not working

I have been watching carefully for 3 hours of play with Disintegration sustained the entire time, and not a single physical or magical talent has been deactivated on an NPC.

So I am pretty sure the talent is not working at all.

Can anyone confirm?

The log only ever says that the talent is deactivated and activated upon levelling up.

I tested a few times, I manage to strip of regen effects

I've played this for dozens of hours, and out of the blue, got an insane roguelike achievement (I think for 89 removals?). But I still can't see it happening in any actual fight. I look at sustained talents, and the list on an NPC never once is reduced.

Am I missing something?

I believe that it removes 'active' talents, like self buffs and infusions/runes, rather than sustains.

aha - you and DG both correct lol. it says "temporary effects", which I took as sustains, but rather, these are things the character activates for itself

so, now I'm not sure of its usefulness. will have to experiment more....
