[1.4.2] Empower doesn't work with Matter Weaving...

...even though the description on MW says it scales with magic, and even though Empower gives you the option of choosing MW

Matter Weaving scale with your MAGIC characteristic.
Empower raise your Spellpower directly. If spellpower depend on MAGIC, your MAGIC stat wont raise when you raise your spellpower (via an item, or Empower)

Then, why is Matter Weaving listed as an option among spells that Empower can affect? It should be removed from that list.
