So was fighting one of the orb bosses and had split the timeline with Cease to Exist. Basically killed him with a temporal bolt still on the field (Though one wasn't there when I had split the timeline). It confused me as it suddenly was reporting as hostle, not letting me rest...then it suddenly stopped. Not at all interrupting rests or anything, but still visible on the screen.
So I walked into it curiously. ZOT, insta-death one, doing plenty of damage to go through Temporal resistance (70 percent) and time shield and other defenses and still do enough to one shot. Prolly was using my own damage penetration actually. Anyhow, that's the start of the bug, that it looks like if a temporal bolt is still on the screen when a split timeline is merged, it can be brought back and go hostile and get stuck.
So 'ha' walked into my own death trap. Whatever, okay, glad I'm not rogue difficulty...and so I have the Eidolon send me back. Instantly die, no action, since the temporal bolt is still sitting there where it tries to respawn me.
Okay, so I try and have it send me somewhere else. Death 3. It put me briefly in the square before level loading, trying to warp me back to the world map. It DID get me there, so hey able to proceed and finish off the last level, but yeah. Basically the bug also triggered a situation where it was impossible not to eat at least one more death, since both revival and escape provides one more 'this square effects you' before you can get an action.
Really, kind of amusing but I write it up anyway

So after getting away, I had a red death shader always, so exited to main menu and returned and went to slime tunnels: and it was reset. Brand new, no temporal bolt, but also the first two bosses entirely restored. Kinda probably for the best for me but weird.

One last 'huh'. Gave Fear of the Fours when I got to 4 killed... with 2 pedastals still remaining and the door locked. Makes kind of sense since its probably tallying up bosses summoned and killed there and doesn't expect to just retcon those.
