So, if you will use Time Skip on somebody but didn't kill him, then you can use Anomaly Entomb on same place where mob should appear from Time Skip, he will gone.
Tested on Sandworm Queen.

I guess its because time skip turns the target into part of the terrain... and we all surely already know what happen tot hose when you modify terrain... (a.k.a meteorite'd escort portals)

i assume no loot then? if so, how are you going to defeat the master, without annihilating the staff?

No loot no exp yeah.
But anyway it is a nasty bug, I was forced to restart level via Task Manager.
