-Some TW's spell talents do not proc spellsurge.
Many of Temporal Warden's talents are marked as 'a spell' but dont proc spellsurge on critical. (all chronomany blade/bow talents)
I guess some other talents(reaver?) have this issue as well but I haven't tested them.
-Mindslayer can cheat and choose to not cancel aura talents when forced to cancel the sustain by enemy.
When an aura sustain is forced cancel by enemy talent, the player will be prompted to choose target for the aura. Player can simply right click and keep the aura, thus not losing the sustain.

Talents need to use spell crit to trigger spellsurge on crit. Those Temporal Warden talents are spells but use weapon crit.

Demonologist has the same bug about sustain with blighted path, I made a post a while back. I guess it's the case of every sustain for which you need to choose a target upon deactivation (so not that many ^^)

The abilities use weapon damage %, though. So, it is mentioned in the tool tip that they use physical crit, just not explicitly.

I cannot intuitively assume 'a spell', even using weapon dmg%, should use phy crit, not spell crit.
I mean, they are very specifically labeled as 'a spell'.
Channel Staff talent is exactly the same (uses weapon damage%, is a spell) but can proc spellsurge. So there's that too.
I mean, it is what it is but the descriptions can be misleading and players can never know this without extensive digging.
Thank you guys for all the comments. Hope DG sees this and maybe add/reword some description to those talents.
