[solved]Yet another player with missing unlocks

*ALL* of my unlocks are gone, except those that merely involve paying for the game itself, after installing on a new PC, yet they still show on the main site, along with all of my achievements.
Missing unlocks (from the main site):
Birth equipment: Transmogrification Chest
Birth power: Zigur Sacrifice
Campaign: Infinite Dungeon
Campaign: The Arena
Class feature: Alchemist's Drolem
Class: Adventurer
Class: Afflicted / Cursed
Class: Afflicted / Doomed
Class: Celestial / Anorithil
Class: Celestial / Sun Paladin
Class: Chronomancer / Temporal Warden
Class: Corrupter / Corruptor
Class: Corrupter / Reaver
Class: Mage / Archmage
Class: Mage / Necromancer
Class: Rogue / Skirmisher
Class: Warrior / Brawler
Class: Wilder / Summoner
Class: Wilder / Wyrmic
Cosmetic: Redheads
Race: Undead / Ghoul
Race: Undead / Skeleton
Race: Yeek / Yeek

I'm sure you're aware, but some of these unlocks took a long time to earn! Is it possible to get them back, but without cheating (in my eyes) and editing the unlocks file..?

If they show as unlocked on your account page and you run the game logged in as that account the game SHOULD sync them. It takes running the game a couple times for this to happen on occasion. If for some reason your machine can't sync the data then your only options are either doing the unlocks again, using an addon that bypasses unlocks, or editing your allow_build.profile. That last one is pretty far from cheating since you're manually correcting a bug, but if you see it that way then you probably need to unlock everything again or hope that your computer and the server play nice and pull them down again.

Well, it hadn't (I tried after a searching for similar posts) BUT, after loading/reloading a couple more times, you're exactly correct; my unlocks are now there.
