Seems like it might be similar to the Skirmisher unlock in that enemies can fulfill the requirements. Both should probably be changed, IMO.

Look, it's a feature. Just roll with it. Be flexible in your combat. If enemies want to gore you and give you free unlocks, take them!

Random unlocks should be an anomaly.
