Gems unremovable in items vault

I have some gems in my item vault that I can't remove.
I keep getting this message:
'Error while transfering from the online item's vault, please retry later.'

Is there a patch to fix this or something I can do?

You can delete items in your vault from the website if you're unable to remove them.
