[1.3.1 + Ashes 1.0.4] Searing Halls 3 no crystal
Despite previously being fixed I'm seeing quite a few people run into the problem of the crystal to spawn not Planar Controller not existing. In two saves I've fixed it seems like it wanted to spawn somewhere that instead had a fire haven tile, and in one case it was on a statue (although in that case the crystal was visible)
